Center for Workplace Diversity and Inclusion

UofM鈥檚 Center for Workplace Diversity and Inclusion partnership receives $700K grant through the Build to Scale Capital Challenge

蜜桃导航鈥 Center for Workplace Diversity and Inclusion (CWDI), Black Business Association of 蜜桃导航 (BBA) and Community Lift have been selected to receive a $700,196 grant in the 2022 Build to Scale Capital Challenge. It will be paired with a local match of the same amount.

蜜桃导航, in partnership with Barnes & Noble College (BNC) and its First Day庐 Complete Program, is launching Tigers SmartStart to help increase student access and affordability to all required textbooks, lab manuals, access codes, digital materials and electronic books.

tiger$5.5M Gift by UofM Alum Billy Dunavant鈥檚 Estate Creates Endowed Chairs in Research Focus Areas

Five new endowed chairs and professorships have been established at the University of 蜜桃导航 thanks to a $5.5 million gift from the estate of alumnus William B. 鈥淏illy鈥 Dunavant (鈥54). This will endow three Dunavant Chairs in supply chain management and one in agritech & regenerative agriculture. It also establishes the Laura Butler Ford Chair in nursing.
