Biography
Mr. James Richens, a native of ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½, Tennessee, is a Composer in Residence with the ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ Symphony Orchestra and Professor Emeritus (Composition, Orchestration, and Electronic Music) at the University of ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½. He received a Bacholor's degree in music composition from ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ State University in 1958 and a Master's of Music in theory and composition from Eastman School of Music in 1960.
