Sgt. Condra from the Greenfield Police Department will be on hand to address questions or concerns about the safety of our neighborhood.  He will also have a data in reference to calls made to our community and will present that to us.

The Indigo Springs Community Garage Sale is slated for Friday June 12 and Saturday June 13 from 8:00am to ?

The HOA will be providing the advertising in the Greenfield Reporter for the week of leading up to the event.

To anyone who might be interested, the HOA is looking to have some fence repairs done in Section 4 (across the bridge) and would like to offer the job to any qualified Indigo Springs homeowners that might be looking for some extra income before seeking outside bids. Anyone interested should contact the HOA board through the web site. We would like to have bids submitted to the board by May 10th so we can approve the project and get it done as soon as possible. We are in need of someone to fill the vacancy of the Violation Committee Chair.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to setting re-occurring meetings to review complaints submitted by homeowners.  Must take the time to understand guidelines that the ISHOA Covenants have imposed.  Must take the time to visit with the one in ‘violation’ to come up with a timely resolution. Committee Chair would be responsible for holding the other committee members accountable.  Submit letters to the unresolved lots and follow through with the standard violation process.

We wanted to inform you of the outcome of the ISHOA Annual Budget Meeting and Election which were held on Thursday, December 11^th 2008 at the Grace Banquet Hall.  The board voted unanimously to accept the proposed 2009 Budget.  Following the Annual Budget meeting was the election of board member positions.  We would like to thank all those residents who came out and voted.  Voting was held from 7:15 pm to 9:15 pm on Thursday, December 11^th, 2008 after the close of the Budget Meeting.  There were seven (7) board positions open to vote on but only five (5) candidates running.  Since quorum of homeowners of record in good standing was not present, by default the present five board members will retain their positions on the board as follows:  Steve Forsyth, Steve Immink, Larry Wheat, Michael Trabel and Frances Hull.  Lisa Davis did not run for a position and will be relieved of her duties as secretary on 12/31/08.

We would like to thank the Events Planning Committee for providing a punch and refreshment Holiday Reception after the budget meeting, during the voting.  Thanks to all who contributed cookies, brownies and cupcakes which were enjoyed by all present.  

We had 14 residents and friends turn out for the Christmas Caroling and Hot Chocolate night on Saturday, December 13^th.  Thanks to all who participated and to those residents who came out to listen to us serenade in the streets as we rolled by on Santa’s Sleigh.  Thanks again to the Events Planning Committee who warmed us up with hot chocolate and goodies along the route.

The next ISHOA board meeting will be held Thursday, January 29^th, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Grace Banquet Hall.  Hope to see you there!

Thursday, December 11, 2008 is the Annual Budget and Election Meeting with a Holiday Reception included.  The Budget Meeting will begin at 7:00pm with the annual election of board members to follow.  Those who are members in good standing and are eligible to vote can do so until 9:15pm.  Complementary coffee and cookies will be served.

Saturday, December 13, 2008 is the Christmas Caroling and Hot Chocolate Night.  Meet at the playground at 5:45pm to go caroling around the neighborhood.  We will then meet near the playground to have hot chocolate and cookies to warm up!  Hope to see your family there!
