Welcoming Committee

The Welcoming Committee is responsible for welcoming new residents into the subdivision.  Help in delivering welcoming packets which can include ISHOA Board and Committee info, By-Laws Document, Covenants, important phone numbers as well as information about the City of Greenfield.   If you would like to help serve on the Welcoming Committee, please email us.

Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing architectural requests that are submitted, makeing sure the plans follow and adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Covenants and/or the City of Greenfield.  Committee members must commit to regular meetings and be willing to do on site visitations as neccessary to ensure compliance.  If you would like to help serve on the Architectural Committee, please email us.

Safety Committee

The Safety Committee is in place to address neighbor’s concerns regarding safety issues in our community.  The committee will also be in charge of organizing a formal Neighborhood Watch in conjunction with the Greenfield Police Department.  The Safety Committee is in need of a chair at this time and welcomes new members to the committee.  If you would like to help serve the Safety Committee, please email us.

Violations Committee

The Violations Committee is responsible in assisting residents of Indigo Springs to follow and abide by the Covenants and to help them understand their responsibility in doing so.  Committee members will be assigned to monitor specific sections and to make residents aware of their infractions so a timely resolution can be made.  If there is no resolution, the committee is then required to submit a violation letter with an imposed timeline for resolution.  If you would like to help serve the Violations Committee, please email us.

Event and Planning Committee

The Event and Planning Committee is responsible for planning activities for the community.  Ideally there would be an event for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.  These could be Block Parties or Fund Raising Events.  If you have the desire to bring the community together will events and would like to serve, please email us.
