Ft. Payne, Alabama 2003
This aftershock survey was conducted by Professor Mitch Withers and seismic response team in the area of Ft. Payne, Alabama after a Mw 4.6 earthquake occurred on April 29 @08:59:39.0700 (UTC). The earthquake was located at Latitude 34.49383°N, Longitude 85.62983ºW, depth 19.81 km, at 2.48 km southwest of Alpine, Alabama. This project was sponsored by the Center for Earthquake Research and Information (CERI), University of ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½. Three Episensors and seven CMG6TDs were deployed from April 29 to June 6, 2003.
A network code "XU" was assigned by the Federation of Digital Seismographic Network (FDSN).
