Prior to joining the University of ÃÛÌÒµ¼º½ in December 2020, Julie worked as an HR professional for more than 15 years and counting in both the public and private sector. Julie is PHR-certified and holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Counseling and Psychology from Ouachita Baptist University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She is a life-long learner and has gained valuable experience and insight from her previous HR professional positions with two international law firms in Washington, D.C., at Tyson Foods, Inc. and Arvest Bank.
