NEDtalks
The University Libraries thanks you for seven years of NEDtalks!
NEDtalks was a bi-annual program hosted by the Ned McWherter Library where UofM faculty, instructors, and students shared recent research in clear and engaging short-form presentations in the spirit of TED Talks. The fall event, NEDtalks, was dedicated to UofM faculty and instructors. The spring program, NEDxStudents, was dedicated to UofM students and was made possible by a partnership between the University Libraries, the Helen Hardin Honors College and the Graduate School. For NEDxStudents, a panel of judges selected the best presentation of each day and awarded a monetary prize.
We loved doing NEDtalks, and look forward to working with the Graduate School on the upcoming Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition.
