As a visiting student, your transfer work may not be entered into our student record system when you are admitted. This means that you will need to work with the UofM department offering the course you want to take. The staff in the department offering the course can review your transcript from your home institution to determine if you have met the required pre-requisites. If so, they will issue you a permit, and then you can register for the class you want to take.
Please contact the department offering the course you want to take at UofM to get started. Here is a list of departments and a link to their information on how to request a permit.
