Winter Tiger Welcome - January 2026

Winter Tiger Welcome is designed to re-energize the campus community after winter break by welcoming students back with connection-focused, high-impact programming. Through a mix of school spirit, relaxation, tradition-building, and seasonal fun, Winter WOW helps students reconnect with peers, discover campus resources, and jump-start the spring semester feeling engaged, supported, and excited to be back!

   

Winter Tiger Welcome Events

 

• Date: Tuesday, January 20, 2026
• Time: 11:00 AM - 2:00PM
• Location: UC Atrium 
• Event Overview
  • Students are invited to stop by the UC Atrium to enjoy a hot cocoa bar with season toppings while snapping photos at a Welcome Back photobooth. Whether students are heading to class or meeting friends between activities, this event creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere that encourages interaction and celebration of the new semester. 

• Date: Wednesday, January 21, 2026
• Time: 6:00 PM (Tipoff at 7:00 PM)
• Location: UC Student Lounge
• Event Overview
  • Students will gather to watch 蜜桃导航 Men's Basketball take on Tulsa in a high-energy watch party featuring interactive backetball bingo. As a the game unfolds, students will mark off in-game moments on their bingo cards for chances to win prizes - all while cheering on the 蜜桃导航 Tigers!

• Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
• Location: UC Atrium
• Event Overview
  • Students can stop by the UC Atrium to receive a free Winter Tiger Welcome T-shirt while supplies last. The event offers a quick and engaging way for students to show their 蜜桃导航 pride and feel connected to campus traditions.

• Date: Thursday, January 22, 2026
• Time: 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Location: Student Activities Plaza
• Event Overview
  • The Student Activity Plaza willbe transformed into a Winter Wonderland, featuring an on-campus ice skating rink. Students of all skill levels are welcome to skate, enhoy the winter atmosphere, and experience a fun, seasonal activity without leaving campus.

• Time: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Location: UC 蜜桃导航 Room
• Event Overview
  • Students are invited to enjoy a screening of The Polar Express while participating in themed cookie decorating, including 蜜桃导航-inspired designs. With warm vibes, creative activities, and a nostalgic movie, this event creates the perfect setting to relax and connect with others.

Tiger Welcome is the official beginning of your time as a 蜜桃导航 Tiger where all new students will gather together to learn more about the University of 蜜桃导航, attend great events, and meet their classmates. Tiger Welcome will take place the week before classes start and into the first week of classes at the University of 蜜桃导航.
